Erin has spent her career working on people initiatives and workplace systems. She is an experienced strategist and trusted counselor who steps in alongside businesses and leadership teams to deliver practical, impactful results. Erin has C suite experience as the top executive leading human resources, diversity and inclusion, corporate culture, change management, training and leadership development. Her passion is to work with and lead teams of diverse professionals to help companies elevate the entire work experience – for all employees.

Erin is also an attorney and spent the first part of her career as an employment law trial lawyer and in-house general counsel for both small and large organizations. Erin has experience working with business owners in the Burger King, KFC, and Carl’s Jr. franchise systems, as well as representing the United States Departments of the Treasury and Homeland Security in employment related litigation, arbitration, policymaking and advice counseling. She has successfully handled thousands of employment matters pending before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit Systems Protection Board, Department of Labor, Department of Justice, National Labor Relations Board, Federal Labor Relations Authority and in state and federal courts.

Prior to her starting her own advisory firm, Erin held key legal and executive leadership team roles at the national headquarters of the Boy Scouts of America.

Erin is a frequent keynote speaker, presenter and facilitator in the areas of DEIB, resilience, people systems, facilitating critical conversations, leadership development, executive coaching, executive readiness, conflict resolution, management training, board governance, workplace culture, and employment law. Erin is a native of Southern California but has become an adopted Texan after her 25 years in the Dallas area. She attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California and Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. She enjoys travel with her family and trying to keep up with her active teenage children.
