I bought a few courses and loved them, and now I wish I would have just bought the whole Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certification because I don’t want to respend money for some of the same courses. Can you help?
Yes, if you purchased courses that are also part of the DEI Certification, contact us within 30 days of purchasing those courses and we can apply the money you have already spent toward a full certification purchase.
No. Single courses show only the date of completion, and do not expire.
I would like to market and sell Diversity Crew Institute Courses and Certifications to my own clients. Do you have partnerships that would allow me to do this?
Yes, we have many partners who market our courses online, and we share a percentage of each sale with them. If you are interested in becoming one of our affiliates, please email LetsGo@DiversityCrew.com and tell us why you would like to market our courses. Currently we are only able to offer affiliate partnerships with US-based companies and individuals, and we are doing this on a limited basis.
We would like to know about interest in in-person training, as we currently provide this service to organizations and associations, and we are curious if there is enough interest to provide individuals an opportunity to take these classes or certifications in person. I’m interested in being a speaker, partner, or instructor for Diversity Crew. How can I be considered?
We currently have 30 partners, and a waiting list of new partners to consider, but please let us know of your interest. We are actively growing our Speaker Bureau, and considering new instructors, and we look forward to hearing from you about what you have in mind.
I’m interested in creating my own course on a specific topic for Diversity Crew Institute. Who can I speak with about that?
We are building our course offerings rapidly, and we are speaking with many potential instructors, so please know that we are serving clients first, if it takes us a bit longer to respond. If you have an interest in creating a course for Diversity Crew Institute, please email LetsGo@DiversityCrew.com with your concept for a course topic, and your qualifications for creating this course.
Each course includes a video class with an instructor who is specifically experienced in that particular topic. Videos vary in length from 20 minutes to 55 minutes. Every video includes captions.
After a course you will be given a short quiz to ascertain your absorption of the knowledge. To pass the course you must achieve 80 percent or higher of correct answers. You have the option to retake the course as often as you need. After you achieve 80% correct answers on the quiz, you will receive your certificate to print or download. That certificate will remain available if you return for it later.
Each course includes materials. These materials include a downloadable version of the slides, and a downloadable transcript of the entire course. We have included these tools to serve you and all learners inclusively. We respect neurodiversity, and recognize that some people learn visually, some learn better through hearing, and sometimes a transcript is necessary so an E-reader can be used for those with limited vision. We are always striving to learn and serve all humans better, and we value your suggestions and feedback.
Access to the materials does not have an expiration date. Our intention is to provide ongoing education and access to all of the materials in our certification program. You should be able to access all of the course material as well as the continuing education webinars indefinitely as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

Why do the instructors describe themselves at the beginning of each course, and why do they describe the pictures in the slides?
Our courses are some of the first focused on DEI topics that incorporate the principles of Universal Design. Universal Design is a system we use that includes visual descriptions, captions, transcripts, and more to help our courses be accessible to those with disabilities, including those who are blind, hearing impaired, and neurodiverse. We are proud to have earned recognition in this area from Asset Based Consulting, as indicated by this badge, which states that we have made every effort to make our education accessible to all.

- Allow for up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Open the email and click the link included at the bottom of the message.
- When the web form opens, enter a new password and repeat it for confirmation then click the “UPDATE PASSWORD” button.
Your password is now reset and you can visit the My Account page to login using your new password.
