she/her/hers

As Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Client Success at Diversity Crew, Telesa’s primary role is to advance partner and client relationships.

Telesa has worked diligently in the nonprofit field for over twenty years and strongly believes in the philosophy that “the only limits in life are the size of your ideas”.  Telesa is the kind of person who loves to peer over the horizon and ask “Wouldn’t it be great if….”, because the future fascinates her and drives her to do what she can and make this world a better place for generations to come.

Telesa is a proven performer who is results-oriented, executes against multiple timelines while remaining client-focused to lead solution-driven initiatives and outlining strategic processes that add value and are aligned against mutual priorities. Her vast experience in community engagement has led her to create organizational efficiencies, mobilize thousands of champions, build strong partnerships and work with a host of stakeholders at all levels while employed at organizations like Georgia State University, Girl Scout Council of Northwest Georgia, United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Reading Partners, Make-A-Wish North Texas and Southern Gas Association.

Telesa’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work from Wilberforce University and a Master of Science Degree in Urban Policy Studies with a specialization in Nonprofit Management from Georgia State University.
