Aaliyah Haqq is a Strategist and Operations Leader who partners with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to make the transformational shift from current level to next level. Aaliyah’s career has taken her from Health & Human Services to Executive Leadership Development. Her diverse experience supports her ability to connect with people on multiple levels, communicate effectively, diplomatically, and openly.
Aaliyah is passionate about equity in the workplace and is best known for using her super powers to create the conditions for organizations, leaders, teams, and families to be at their best. As a coach, she works to create the space for leaders to be more authentic, conscious, and accountable for the well-being of generations to come. To support leaders’ expanding their capacity, Aaliyah incorporates the best of well researched programs, tools, and templates to coach them to success. Her innate curiosity, strong business acumen, and fierce strategic thinking have shaped her ability to translate data into business strategy to grow business and create win-win solutions for all stakeholders. Aaliyah grew a business unit over 400% in three years by developing and leveraging relationships, shifting the marketing strategy, providing stellar customer service, and instituting processes that supported scaling.
No stranger to being in the “front of the room,” Aaliyah realized her gift for facilitation at a young age. In recent years, she has facilitated topics ranging from Multi-systemic Therapy, Attention Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Courageous Conversations to audiences from 12 to 1200. As a lifetime learner, she has developed learning curriculum for a researched based parenting program and curated learning content for executive leadership development programs.
A strong advocate for serving the community, Aaliyah is a past Board Chair for National Family Preservation Network and Promise House. She is currently a member of the Promise House Executive Support and Assessment Team, serves on the Dallas CASA Board of Directors and is a member of Hofstra University’s School of Health Professions and Human Services Dean’s Advisory Committee. To support the demands of being a corporate athlete, she plays soccer, practices yoga, and is a marathoner.
Aaliyah holds a BS from Hofstra University in Community Health and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida.
