Deanna Naugles-Jack’s consulting experience spans 26 years in the consulting industry leading strategic operations programs to include change management, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion programs. In this capacity, she has implemented transformational programs in various human performance, organizational change and project management capacities across more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies. This success is attributed to her innovative strategies, communications planning, stakeholder engagement, business process design and executive alignment and execution. Throughout her career, she has also delivered system and behavioral training across various virtual and in person platforms to more than 100,000 end users.
She passionately served as the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for a team of 5,000 US employees. In this role, she provided strategic direction, thought leadership and championed the development of an inclusive corporate environment. She established a framework of policy, practices and programming to address the intersection and collaboration of race, gender and sexual orientation equality. She maximized the success of corporate Employee Resource Group priorities through assessments, data analysis, facilitated workshops, keynotes, and immersive experiences, resulting in advancing the companies recognition as a top company for diversity and inclusion policies and practices.
An exemplary advocate for equality in the workplace and underrepresented communities, Deanna Naugles-Jack actively serves in various capacities within the Dallas, Texas education and workforce eco-system to create education and workforce development opportunities for the underrepresented community to contribute to an inclusive work environment. She is an active board member of the Dallas Independent School District’s (DISD’s) Pathways to Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) IMPACT board and ScholarShot. She is also active on the Dallas ISD Superintendent’s Business Community Advisory Council and the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Education and Workforce Council.
She attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where she studied Political Science and graduated with Honors. She resides in Dallas with her husband and two children. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, mentoring high school students and cycling for exercise.
