As VP of Operations at Diversity Crew, Elisha is responsible for the global operations of the company. She brings more than 15 years of experience to this role. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering international marketing solutions across multiple teams and platforms, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Prior to her work with Diversity Crew, Elisha’s focus was in marketing both paid digital advertising and traditional social media. She worked in partnership with Facebook to create and manage a team of 18 individuals running, managing and reporting across 26 Facebook communities in 16 different languages.
Elisha has a range of experience in both traditional and digital marketing with the bulk of her career focused on, Project Management, International social strategies, and strategic execution of digital strategies including PPC, SEO, Targeted Display, FB, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Shopping, and Spotify. Her portfolio includes clients in multiple industries including domestic and global logistics, retail, hospitality, health/medical systems, global communication and management, and agency partnerships. Her experience allows her to bring multiple viewpoints and strategic insights to her clients. The combination of her organizational and creative problem solving skills allows her to motivate her team while driving efficiency.
A graduate of the University of North Texas, (kaw kaaw), Elisha is a true Texas girl. Her passions include music, dance, and of course social media communications. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, popcorn and the occasional cocktail!
