Jackie has been consistently recognized as an HR leader with a keen talent for relationship building, driving change, and advising organizational leaders on emerging trends. With each role that afforded her increased scope and responsibilities, she developed an acumen that featured a well-blended balance of strategic vision and tactical proficiencies. Jackie has worked intimately with organizations and leaders committed to investing in workplace diversity, overall talent, and the value that comes from supporting authenticity, creativity, and idea sharing to drive team culture and results. Though she has expertise across the HR spectrum, executive coaching, helping others manage career transitions, and fireside chats are personal favorites.

For over 18 years, Jackie has been refining her HR expertise among many of the country’s most notable companies, across numerous industries. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, focusing on Marketing/Product Information & Supply Chain Management. During this time, she also became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is a Magna Cum Laude MBA graduate from the Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore, with a focus in Leadership & Organizational Development. She was also selected as Graduate Class Commencement Speaker.

Jackie enjoys opportunities to build impact within her personal and professional communities. She has a 9-year-old son, and serves on the Executive Committee as Secretary on the Board of Trustees with The New School Montessori. She also finds joy as an HR Mentor with the University of Cincinnati’s HR Succeeds program. Downtime includes DIY home projects, international travel, and lots of Audible books.
