Jay is the founding Chair of Credera’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Employee Resource Group (ERG) that seeks to empower LGBT+ employees as well as promote awareness, visibility, and advocacy within his organization. He is passionate about enabling ERGs and helping them scale to best drive inclusion. His work in the Diversity, equity, & inclusion space has focused on expanding the diversity of recruiting and driving inclusion and retention through programming that highlights authenticity in the workplace, allyship, and privilege.

Jay has an extensive background in digital marketing, including email and product marketing. Jay helps clients develop and implement strategic marketing solutions across the martech stack and holds several marketing automation platform certifications.

Jay holds a M.S. in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
