Joanna Cocco Kemper is a bilingual, English and Spanish, leadership coach, speaker and facilitator passionate about guiding powerhouse corporate leaders in creating inclusive work environments based on authenticity and courage. Joanna has over 20 years of experience in the corporate human resources arena and a Masters in Human Resources. She is skilled at creating inclusive environments, encouraging leadership vulnerability and building strategies and systems that strengthen and develop leaders.
Combining her experience and Masters in Human Resources, Joanna guides powerhouse leaders through self-discovery of their strengths and performance gaps so together they can create a success strategy for themselves and the people they lead. With energy, authenticity and accountability, Joanna accelerates business growth and leadership development.
A proud Latina, Joanna was born and raised in New York City and is bilingual in Spanish/English. During her leisure time, Joanna enjoys making memories with her family, listening to music and making delicious food in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Joanna is a board member and executive committee member of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati, a member of Prospanica and provides Human Resources support to her local church. She’s presented and facilitated leadership development topics at corporations such as Meijer, Sunglass Hut, US Radiology Group (FLAME) and has been featured in Diversity Crew’s ROI of DEI event.
