Kris transforms and sustains mentally healthy workplace environments that are unique to the organization’s needs and powered by all employees. Her expertise is building high-performing teams by equipping employees in self managing their self-care to increase and sustain performance of people, process and bottom line. Her passion is building healthy, happy, dynamic, and diverse cultures that are organic and create Best in Class organizations.

She consults and implements frameworks, programs, processes, training and tools that results in a culture of inclusiveness where employees and leaders can be their authentic self, and the mission of the organization is not just a statement on the wall, it is lived. Her goal is to disrupt and transform workplace environments even if it is one person, one leader, one team at time.

She has over 20 years as a corporate Human Resources Leader working in companies such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Capital One designing and implementing people-centric strategies that impact metrics like production, attraction, retention, and employee engagement that results in a differentiating employee and customer experience. Success has been in Performance Consulting, Learning and Development, Talent Management and developing high- preforming teams and leadership training. Her journey has made her a seasoned facilitator, coach and advocate for employee health and happiness by helping individuals, leaders and teams discover what they need to perform at their very best.

When she is not building great workplace environments, Kris pursues her passion in supporting her community, family and friends. She is on the Board of Directors for the North Texas chapter of American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) where she promotes community and corporate engagement. She lives in Dallas with her husband and enjoys spending time playing golf, running 5Ks and trying new restaurants and
travel destinations with friends and family.
