Regardless of the role, organization or industry, Kris leads knowing the most important resources in any organization are the people. Her passion is building dynamic, diverse and inclusive cultures that are organic and create Best in Class organizations. She consults and implements frameworks, leadership programs, processes and tools that results in a culture of inclusiveness where employees and leaders can be their authentic self, and the mission and of the organization is not just a statement on the wall, it is lived. Her goal is to transform workplace environments even if it is one person, one leader, one team at time. She is often heard advising leaders, “If you build it, not only will they come, they will stay, and they will outperform”.

She has over 20 years as a corporate Human Resources Leader working in companies such as Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Capital One designing and implementing people-centric strategies that impact metrics like production, attraction, retention, and employee engagement that results in a differentiating employee and customer experience. Success has been in Performance Consulting, Learning and Development, Talent Management and developing high-preforming teams and leadership training. Her journey has made her a seasoned facilitator, coach and advocate for employee health and happiness by helping individuals, leaders and teams discover what they need to perform at their very best.

Kris transforms and sustains a mentally healthy workplace environment that is unique to the organization’s needs and powered by all employees.

When she is not building great workplace environments, Kris pursues her passion in supporting her community, family and friends through her work with American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) where she promotes corporate sponsorship and co-chaired the 2019 Dallas Community Walk and facilitates programs with WiNGS (Women in Need of Generous Support). She lives in Dallas with her husband and enjoys spending time playing golf, running 5Ks and trying new restaurants and travel destinations with friends and family.
