Kristin has an extensive background in Corporate Human Resources, ranging from large (NYSE), medium and small companies, leading teams as a Human Resources Executive and Leader.

She is an Executive Business Consultant and Coach working with leaders, employees, and teams to build a framework to develop and support an inclusive positive best in class mental health and wellness culture in the workplace.

Kristin is a trauma survivor (not by choice), and mental health advocate. Diagnosed with clinical depression, anxiety and PTSD, Kristin went through years of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy “CBT.” CBT techniques focus on shifting mindset thought patterns that are fixed and negative to internal positive thinking and beliefs creating a growth mindset. “My journey through CBT demonstrates proof of concept that these techniques and tools not only worked, but profoundly transformed my life.”

Kristin designs programs that are grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Techniques that transform employees and leaders to shift and strengthen their mindset, promoting confident mindful skills for peak results and wellness. Through these professional training programs and consulting, employees develop the skills to self-manage all aspects of their lives, overcoming anxiety, stress and burnout, allowing for a better work life compatibility and the confidence to respond positively through resilience and adaptability.

Kristin facilitates training, workshops, team-building events, and keynote speaking engagements to drive mindfulness and behaviors to open the conversation about the importance of addressing mental health in the workplace.  

She is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin majoring in psychology.  She has served as Vice President of Communications for the Dallas Theater Center Guild and has done volunteer work for National Alliance on Mental Illness and WINGS. Kristin is on the Education Committee for Dallas HR and is a member of the International Women’s Leadership Association and listed in Biltmore Who’s Who for Executives. She is an accomplished tennis player and enjoys skiing and other sports as well as domestic and international travel.  Kristin also enjoys theater, musicals, wine tasting events, and spending time with family.
