David Gifford-Robinson is the Sourcing Diversity Manager and LGBTQ & Allies ERG Co-Chair for Ericsson North America. In his current Sourcing role, he guides the strategic direction and execution of Ericsson’s North American supplier diversity program, including local and national outreach efforts and collaboration with Ericsson stakeholders and sourcing to ensure the inclusion of diverse business enterprises in sourcing events.

As LGBTQ & Allies ERG Co-Chair, he is responsible for leading efforts to build #EricssonAWESome culture through strategic programming and policy implementation that support the attraction and retention of Ericsson talent from the LGBTQ and Allies community.

David has also managed Marketing and Business Development projects for Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and has had an extensive career in the Restaurant & Hospitality industry, including Brinker International. He brings experience across multiple sourcing disciplines including leading sourcing and compliance teams, developing a leading supplier diversity program and sourcing products and services for a multi-brand global organization.

Gifford-Robinson holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas and serves on the Advisory Board for Black Tie Dinner, the largest LGBTQ Dinner of its kind in the US. He resides in Dallas with his husband Ryan, their four-legged rescue canine kiddos Logan, King, and Mugsy and a flock of finches.
